Terms of Business

Definition and Interpretation

I, Me, My – Refers to Paw Power Pet Care.

You, Your – Refers to the customer, whom has accepted the terms and agreements.

Website, site – refers to www.PawPower-PetCare.co.uk

1. Price

a. The price of the service will be the price indicated on the website at the time of service.

 

b. All prices shown on the site are in pounds’ sterling and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

c. Paw Power Pet Care make all reasonable effort to ensure that the price of services advised to you is correct.

d. I will notify you in writing with notice of 14 days prior to any price increase. You have the right to cancel the service after notification of a price increase at anytime subject to section 3.a compliance.

2. Payment

a. Payment should be made within 14 days of the invoice date. All payments should be made by BACS, cash or cheque, and the cheque needs to clear within 14 days of the invoice date.

b. Where you do not make any payment to me under this contract by its due date then, I may, in addition to any other rights which I have under this contract, withhold service until arrangements as to payment have been established on terms which are satisfactory to me.

c. Where you do not make any payment to me under the contract by its due date, I may, in addition to any other statutory rights, charge 10% interest on the amount owed and send reminder letters which will incur a charge of £10 per letter, until the balance is paid in full. Any unpaid debts may be passed onto a solicitor or debt collection agency.

3. Your right of cancellation

a. Services must be cancelled with at least 24 hours prior to the day of the booking.

b. Cancellations must be made via written notice such as email, text.

c. If you cancel outside of the period stated in section 3.a I reserve the right to charge you the full amount of the service cancelled. All deposits are non-refundable.

d. If you cancel a service outside of the period stated in section 3.a three or more times within one month, I reserve the right to refuse you custom.

 

4. Paw Power Pet Care’s right of cancellation

a. While I make every effort to provide as much notice as possible, I reserve the right to cancel a booking at any time.

b. Should I need to cancel a booking, you will not be charged regardless of time of cancelation.

c. I will not be liable to you or in breach of the contract for delay or failure to perform services due to a cause beyond my reasonable control.

5. General

a. I may provide links to other, third party websites on my website. These links are for your information only and do not constitute any endorsement of any third-party products, services or information and you acknowledge and accept that any reliance upon such information shall be at your own risk.

b. All intellectual property in the services (including, without limitation, any information, documentation and/or materials produced in connection with the services) are and shall remain fully vested with me. Nothing in these conditions or any Special Conditions shall grant to you any rights to, or in, patents, copyrights, database rights, trade secrets, trade names, trademarks (whether registered or unregistered), or any other rights or licences in respect of the Services.

c. I shall process your data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2006 and The General Data Protection Regulation 2018. View privacy policy here.

d. Views, and/or opinions expressed by me during the provision of the services (or otherwise) should in no way be viewed as a substitute for professional veterinary advice. I shall have no liability to you or any third party (whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise and howsoever arising) for any loss, damage, suffering, costs and/or expenses incurred resulting from the expression of such views and/or opinions by me.

6. Complaints

a. If you wish to complain about any aspect of the service you have received, please email me: PawPower-PetCare@outlook.com

b. I reserve the right to take appropriate legal action in case of false accusation and deformation, both liable and slander.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

a. These terms will be governed by English law and any disputes will be resolved exclusively by the English Courts.

 

These terms of business can vary at any time without further notice.
